After long career of over 15 years at the Châtelain( Cosi, la Pizzeria, La Trattoria, … .) , I decided to open a new restaurant in the haert of city.
An exceptional place One day in the summer, I walked past this magnificent place and as every time, my haert was carried away. The nose stuck on the shop window, I could imagine the customers sat at the tables already and after a second everything in my head had sprung as an evidence…Fornostar was born.
One more pizzeria will you say ? Maybe, but I want to bet on a basic menu, the quality of its products and the authenticity of the cooking at a moderate price.
Here we are, I am delighted at this new adventure, which once more I realized with my heart and I hope I can welcome you soon at Fornostar.
